Planning and Permitting

Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. offers an on-site survey to evaluate the client's requirements, prepare a recommended operational food service plan, and liaison with health, fire, and building departments to insure compliance with all provincial and local codes. We provide a suggested site plan for contractors to confirm utility requirements, type of connections, and positioning of the units at the site. Following delivery, we assist contractors in the installation of the units through building certification. Expedient, low-cost installation can be anticipated, with a good planning model and site readiness for water, waste, and electrical connections.

Familiarization

We take as much time as it takes to acquaint the facility's maintenance personnel with the unit's operation. Each Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. unit is fitted with standard commercial equipment and has excellent service accessibility for maintenance. Each unit is environmentally compatible and user-friendly. We provide extended onboard training for the dietician, chef, and staff, allowing them to reach a comfort level that insures a smooth transition from their facility to the Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. unit while continuing to provide a cost-efficient food service.

Renting, Leasing, Purchasing

Brokerage:

Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. can add your underutilized unit to its rental program and generate extra revenue for you.

Units that are purchased through Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. will have the opportunity to have their units featured throughout Canada and the United States available for rent during down times.

Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc.'s experienced staff will handle all insurance, delivery, and set up for units used in the brokerage program.

If you have a unit for sale, Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. can add it to its brokerage program to give you the best exposure to potential clients.

Leasing:

We offer several different options available for leased units. They include: long term, short term, buy backs, buy-outs, and lease end returns through Alliance Financing (613) 526-4525.

Purchasing:

Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. offers unique options for clients who wish to purchase units (handled through Alliance Financing, (613) 526-4525).

Units can be custom built to your specifications and your budget. Purchased units range from 14-feet to 53-feet.

We also offer our buy back program on purchased units.

We offer our own in-house custom fabrications.

Delivery

Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. handles their own delivery and set up anywhere in North America.

Renting:

Mobile Kitchens Canada, Inc. rents units by the week, month, and year. We can tailor a package to fit your budget, whether it be short term or long term.
